Mettler’s service department strives to reduce repair times, improve quality, and simplify the entire service process. Before returning any device for service (under warranty or out of warranty), please print out and fill out the RMA form and place the form inside the box with your item. Once we receive your item you will be contacted via email with an official RMA number. You may also contact our service department directly via email at service@mettlerelectronics.com or by phone at 800-854-9305. We will be happy to assist you with any service needs you may have. Please note that no product will be accepted for return after 60 days, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
