Mettler’s service department strives to reduce repair times, improve quality, and simplify the entire service process. Before returning any device for service (under warranty or out of warranty), please print out and fill out the RMA form and place the form inside the box with your item. Please note this is not an official RMA. Once we receive your item you will be contacted via email with an official RMA number. Please note that no product will be accepted for return after 60 days, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
