Equipment: Mettlerelectronics.com stands behind every product we sell. If you have an “out of box failure”, damaged or defective product you must notify Mettlerelectronics.com within 10 days of receiving your device. One of technical support staff will troubleshoot the product and determine a course of action. Mettlerelectronics.com will issue you an RMA number. You must obtain an RMA number prior to sending your product back to Mettlerelectronics.com. Your product will either be replaced or refunded at your discretion. Any product shipped back to Mettlerelectronics.com for replacement or refund must be in its original packaging and must be in NEW condition. This includes all packaging, accessories, components and literature. Please note that NO product will be accepted for return after 30 days and a 15% restocking fee may apply to any products returned that is not in NEW condition. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.

Mettlerelectronics.com will issue you an RMA number. You must obtain an RMA number prior to sending your product back to Mettlerelectronics.com. RX statement for all products marked Rx:

Federal law restricts the sale of this device to, or on the order of a physician, dentist, veterinarian or any other practitioner licensed by law of the state in which he/she practices. In order to satisfy these laws Mettler Electronics needs to obtain certain information from each customer. If the above practitioner attempts to purchase an RX device from mettlerelectronics.com, Mettler will need to obtain a clinic or hospital name, the name of the practitioner and the state license number of that practitioner. If a non-practitioner (patient) attempts to purchase an RX device from mettlerelectronics.com, Mettler will ask and need to have a copy of the original prescription in order to facilitate the order.

Mettler’s service department strives to reduce repair times, improve quality, and simplify the entire service process. Before returning any device for service (under warranty or out of warranty) you must obtain an RMA number from Mettler prior to shipping in the device. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx ground, UPS ground or USPS from Anaheim, CA. Orders are fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days on average and deliveries to western states arrive within 2 to 3 days; deliveries to central states or east coast states arrive in approximately 4 to 5 days.

We offer free ground shipping on selected equipment to the 48 US states. Orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped using the carrier of our choice. You will receive an email when your order has shipped which will show the carrier and tracking number.

International Shipping
Availability and delivery time may vary depending on the country in which you reside. We ship all orders through various carriers of our choice. We will always find our customers the best shipping rates possible. Delivery times will range from 7-10 days on average.

Please Note: The customer is responsible for all import taxes, duty, and/or brokerage fees that may be assessed by the destination country.
