Mettler’s service department strives to reduce repair times, improve quality, and simplify the entire service process. Before returning any device for service (under warranty or out of warranty) you must obtain an RMA number from Mettler prior to shipping in the device. Please fill out the RMA form and fax back to Mettler at 714-635-7539. You will contacted via email with an RMA number. Please note that no product will be accepted for return after 60 days and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
